 Our Agent Compensation
Plan is very competitive within the industry. All agents
are classified as Self-Employed and receive top
first year commissions.
Commission checks are calculated each Friday at the
close of business and mailed the following business
day. A commission report, as well as a charge back listing,
are included with each check.
Should any question arise from these reports, merely
call the payroll department during business hours to
resolve the issue.
At Cass Life, we do the underwriting on 100% of the
applications for insurance coverage we receive. The
average turn around is 72 hours.
From the minute we answer the phone, our customers know
they have made the right call. Our staff members stand
“ready to serve”. Most of them have been with us for
several years and know many of our policy holders on
a first name basis. From simple tasks such as changing
a beneficiary, or an address change to complex questions
